Lot #399 - This is a beautiful 1968 Camaro with Z/28 badging that has gone through a body-off restoration. It is an original California car and it retains all of its original sheet metal. It is as straight as an arrow and is painted in the rare and original Cordovan Maroon color, Code N-N, with white stripes. All trim, chrome and glass are in excellent condition. Rally wheels with Goodyear wide tread GT tires are mounted on all 4 corners. The deluxe parchment white interior is mostly original and remains in excellent condition. This interior features 4-speed with console and gauges, power brakes and AM radio. The trunk has the correct trunk mat with a spare tire and jack assembly. Under the hood is a date code correct 302 engine. The engine has been rebuilt and runs excellent. It also still has the smog system. The transmission is a Muncie 4-speed with a Muncie shifter. The rear is a GM 12-bolt posi-traction spinning 3.73 gears.
