Lot #339.2 - This car was built in the 4th week of October 1962 in Doraville GA plant. It was sold from Kittle Pontiac of Memphis, TN and made its way west. The car was driven by a bank manager in Arco ID when it came to rest. It was then purchased by a local resident who put it in storage where it sat for 25 years. The car was wearing 1971 CA plates when purchased in 1996. The car received a no expense spared rotisserie body-off restoration. Restoration included a complete overhaul of the 389/302hp engine and transmission. Car has the 3.08 Safe-T-Track rear end. New brake shoes, master cylinder, rebuilt booster and silicone fluid. Correct all aluminized exhaust and correct hangers. All new correct date coded glass. Wonderbar radio with FM conversion by Antique Radio Inc and power antenna. Quartz clock conversion. Correct R-12 air conditioning. Low fuel warning, parking brake lamp, power brakes, remote outside mirror, courtesy lamps, power windows, inside tilt mirror, luggage compartment/utility lamp, center console, visor vanity mirror, door edge guards, bucket seats, back up lamps, factory floor mats, tachometer, glove box lamp, rear seat speaker, safeguard speedometer and ash tray lamps.
