Lot #672 - 365cid/305hp V8 with two 4-barrel carburetors with Batwing air cleaner. Hydra-Matic automatic transmission and independent coil spring front suspension, live rear axle and 4-wheel power assisted drum brakes. Restored in 2008, with only 2,150 every produced. Fully optioned with power steering, power brakes, power windows, power top, power seats, signal-seeking radio, heater and parade boot. Presented in Alpine White, with black and white leather interior and benefits from frame-off restoration. Accented by a white convertible top, the quality of the paintwork is observed as excellent, revealing a smooth surface finish without obvious imperfections. It is also fitted with the standard metal Tonneau cover, otherwise known as the Parade Boot. Chrome and stainless steel brightwork are also restored to show condition, along with the restored original gold saber-spoke wheels on period correct wide white wall tires. The eye catching new black and white leather interior has been restored, with all upholstered components in very good condition. The Eldorado displays a correctly restored and refinished steering wheel, along with new, correct and properly fitted black carpeting. The trunk area is equally presentable, fitted with new correct style trunk material with sides trimmed to match. A wide white wall spare tire, mounted on a gold saber-spoke wheel, is located and secured in the proper location, along with a detailed and correct bumper jack. Has an extensively detailed engine compartment, revealing the 365cid Cadillac V8 engine with two 4-barrel Carter carburetors, with the correct Batwing air cleaner, producing 305hp and mated to a Hydra-Matic 3-speed automatic transmission. The undercarriage has a terrific appearance, with the floorboards refinished, along with the frame and driveline components.
