Lot #680 - 2007 Motorsports Hall of Fame inductee, NASCAR's 16-time most popular driver Bill Elliott, drove this 25th Anniversary car in the 2000 season. This was Elliott's last season as the team owner. Elliott would sell his team to Ray Evernham at the end of the 2000 season. Chassis work order from Ronnie Hopkins Enterprises, Jerrico transmission by Dan Elliott as well as the 9" Ford rear end, set up for road course by crew chief Jim Barfield, 358cid motor by Ernie Elliott. COA from Crew Chief Jim Barfield. Car debuted in 2000 with Elliott as the Silver Anniversary car. Autographed in black sharpie at top of hood. This car is race ready. Cars last race was the 2000 Michigan Speedway Pepsi 400, with a practice lap time of 38.065 and speed of 189.15mph.
