Lot #1568 - Car has had a complete body on restoration. The original motor was rebuilt to factory specs by a licensed GM mechanic. The original 4-speed was rebuilt at the same time. The original carburetor is still on the car. New suspension parts and steering all rebuilt during restoration. Car was repainted to original Autumn Gold metallic. Interior reproduced from Year One. Gas tank and new exhaust installed in July of 2008. Included in this presentation is the original Build Sheet. This is a factory air conditioned car that blows cold. This car was a stripe delete order, however during the restoration the stripes were painted on to accent the non functioning Cowl Hood. The Chevelle has gone 5,000 miles since completion.
