Lot #405.1 - This Corvette is a very special Indy pace car edition that mimics the official pace car from the 82nd running of The Greatest Spectacle in Racing. Only 1,163 were produced in total and just 616 with the automatic transmission. Finished in Pace Car Purple Metallic over black and yellow two tone leather interior with matching yellow wheels and striping. Other than the exclusive color combination and Indy graphics, the Pace Car Package also included a host of other equipment including Corvette's brand new Active Handling Stability Control System, the performance rear axle ratio, dual zone climate control, the memory package, fog lamps and Bose premium audio featuring in-dash CD player, automatic tone control and speed compensated volume control. This particular pace car is among the lowest mile examples with 1,396 original miles and is in absolute great condition as you would expect. It has had two owners from when it was sold new in the Seattle area and comes complete with the owner's manual and original $50,029 Window Sticker.
