Lot #751 - This vintage, 1965 Airstream Safari Land Yacht has been restored by Classic Showcase. This Airstream is rare and collectible. We have kept with a contemporary period look throughout. It features new custom upholstery, new period linoleum, new tires, new wheels, new lights and electrical system, new blinds, fresh paint inside and much more. All appliances have been rebuilt and all cabinetry has been refurbished. The aluminum exterior that Airstreams are known for has been fully reconditioned. We stripped off all of the clear coating, thoroughly washed it and polished the aluminum to a near mirror finish done in two separate steps. It sleeps up to six with all the amenities of home including a refrigerator, stove and full lavatory. All in great working condition. Heater system, water tank restored, plumbing restored. 12-volt with 110 power and 12-volt charger. It's aluminum construction provides durability and low maintenance.
