Lot #43 - A recent professional restoration on a numbers matching original 75,000 mile Stingray, car now has less then 76,700 original miles. 1974 Stingrays were first with rubber bumpers front and rear with only year as a split rear bumper. The 1974 Corvettes were the final year of dual exhaust system without the catalytic converters. This numbers matching 350cid/300hp engine was bored .020 over during a rebuild that added long tube headers for a little extra kick as well as an Edelbrock intake and a performance carburetor. The Turbo 400 automatic transmission was rebuilt with a B&M Shift Kit, new power steering unit, weather stripping, new carpets, luggage rack and rebuilt power window motors. The new Silver Mist paint was professionally done with DuPont base coat/clear coat in this great original color. This great driving Corvette T-Top comes with the original Build Sheet and restoration documents. The car was delivered to Myers Chevrolet-Cadillac in Ontario Canada in 1974. The restoration was completed by a professional shop in 2006 at a cost of over $25,000. This is an absolute great car that drives and handles like new.
