Description
Lot #612 - A modified 1951 Ford 8N custom built tractor that had a complete sandblasting of the entire machine end to end. This was followed by total disassembly. Had a thorough cleaning that was followed by replacement of any worn bearings or parts including the hydraulic system. All gaskets and seals were replaced with new parts. The finest of primers and paints have been used. The 350 Chevrolet engine is complimented by a Holley 4-barrel carburetor that was professionally rebuilt by a 30 year plus GM Specialist. It has been converted to a 12-volt system. The radiator is brand new and custom built for excellent cooling. The large electric fan allows it to be used under any circumstances. A high/low overdrive transmission gives it 12-speeds forward and 3 in reverse. The top speed is unknown. There is a lot of chrome on this one-of-a-kind beauty. Don't forget the mother-in-law seat that can be removed. The diamond plate foot rests cover the aluminum gas tanks. The addition of an accelerator gives heart and soul to the Harley 74 mufflers. Chrome nut covers are complimented by chrome hooks for traveling tie-downs. What an attention getter.
