Lot #640 - New features of the 1929 Ford include headlamps that now come in nickel, Acorn two lite with vertical flutes and prisms, nickel tail lamps, cupped duolamp and the pressed steel bracket steering wheel is now black plastic dished. This 1929 model represents a 10-year, labor of love restoration. Every nut and bolt has been apart and restored to the highest quality judging standards. The engine is rated at 40bhp and has original matching VIN. The car has Houdaille-type shock absorbers, bumpers, bumperettes, windshield wiper and a dash gauge. 1929 Model A Fords were produced at the River Rouge plant in Michigan. Also included is a completely restored tool kit including original tire pump included with this car.
