Lot #935 - A full fendered, all steel car with a 2" chop. The color is Blackberry Wine with changeable color graphics. The interior is cream leather including the trunk. Features Billet aluminum wheels, a custom TCI frame with Heidts independent front suspension and 9" Ford rear differential with 3.00 gearing. The doors and trunk are shaved with a remote opener. It has a Pioneer stereo radio with a CD player and 4 speakers. The floor panel is a one piece stainless steel sheet. Also has 4-wheel power disc breaks, 3" exhaust with custom headers and is powered by a 392cid Chrysler HEMI with two 4-barrel carbs, and topped with a 671 GMC Blower. The car has 29,500 miles since it was built. The present engine has approximately 10,000 miles on it and it was professionally built for a dragster. It was purchased before it was ever run and the pistons were shaved to lower the compression. That was the only modification made. The transmission is a professionally built 727 Chrysler. The car was professionally built by the late Paul Lowry of Sacramento, CA. It has won several awards including Sacramento Autorama, Fresno Autorama and the Oakland Roadster Show. It also has won in excess of 50 Best of Shows in Northern California. The car is very well known in the Sacramento area. It is a very good driver as well as a show car. It was driven on a 1,400 mile tour of Nevada in June of 2007. The car ran trouble free. Its name is "Bad Attitude" which is etched on its aluminum valve covers. The horsepower is estimated at 800+.
