Lot #131 - Here's a beautiful GTO. It's a PHS documented real GTO that is a true factory 4-speed with air conditioning car. It also still retains its factory original color combination. It was a very nicely optioned GTO with a 455cid engine, power steering, power disc brakes, posi-traction, tachometer and gauge package, and Rally wheels with raised white letter BFG tires. This GTO is in beautiful condition and turns heads everywhere it goes. The body on this GTO is in excellent condition and straight as an arrow. It has a very nice looking paint job done in its original and ultra-rare color of Mayfair Maize. It was hand-rubbed to a smooth-as-glass finish. All chrome and trim on the car looks excellent. Car is rust free and totally solid. Everything lines up nicely on this GTO and the black vinyl top is in excellent condition. Mechanically, this rare GTO is in excellent condition. The motor is a 455cid "YG" Code GTO motor. It runs and drives excellent and is sure to please its next lucky owner. It has a set of restored Rally wheels on it wrapped with brand new BFG raised white letter tires. All in all, this is a very clean and very rare 1968 GTO that has a lot of nice factory options. The '68 GTO is one of the most desirable GTO's to own and is the first year for this body style. Being an original color coded car makes it truly special.
