Lot #804 - This 1995 Eagle Conversion was constructed so my family and I could tour Alaska. We didn't go, so a friend suggested using the bus to help Congressman Bill Zeliff campaign for New Hampshire Governor. We spent the summer of 1995 campaigning around NH. I next helped with Phil Gramm's 1996 run for President. George W. Bush used the bus as his New Hampshire campaign headquarters from July 1999 through the NH primary and general election. The bus also campaigned with Federal and State candidates, taking them around NH in their bid for office. The bus attended President Bush's inaugural parade. George Bush, Sr., Barbara Bush, Laura Bush, Jeb Bush, George P. Bush and other members of the Bush family rode on the bus. Senators Elizabeth Dole, Judd Gregg, Jack Kemp, Lamar Alexander, John McCain, Zell Miller, John Sununu and Bill Frist have all campaigned on the bus. Governors Craig Benson, George Pataki, and Mitt Romney have also campaigned on this bus. In 2004, the bus again campaigned for President Bush, and in 2006 it also campaigned in NH. Rudy Giuliani used the bus in 2007 and 2008 as his New Hampshire Primary mobile campaign headquarters. Well-known news figures have conducted interviews on the bus. Dan Rather, Chris Matthews, Sean Hannity and Carl Cameron are just a few. Always housed in a climate controlled garage, it has been maintained by me or under my immediate supervision. I just sold my trucking business and am now retired. It has a 1995 6v92 DDE, 5-speed stand. New transmission in 1995. It is a fully loaded touring coach ready to roll X-country right now.
