Lot #792 - This is a magnificent example of one of the earliest motorcoach conversions. The transformation was accomplished by Custom Coach, Inc., of Columbus, Ohio, in 1962. Custom Coach has been known for decades to be the best converter, by engineering and building to the highest standards. This just completed restoration has created the best of both worlds, a classic day coach and a state of the art motorhome interior. The restoration included the following: all new upholstery, wall to wall new carpeting with fully removable vinyl custom runner, unique stainless steel Pullman style bath with full shower and all plumbing renewed, new Onan 7KW quiet generator, satellite TV, two flat screen TVs, surround sound, new audio system, and computer station, two separate air conditioners and heat zones, trailer hitch and automatic transmission. Easy to drive. Strong Ford 534 motor with Alison 5-speed automatic transmission with tires at 95%. Runs 65 to 70 all day. Has a kitchen with two burners, ice chest, bar storage, microwave oven and refrigerator. Large closets and extensive drawer storage. Great for advertising and corporate entertaining.
