Lot #305 - This is a 1971 Chevrolet C-20 Longhorn. The Longhorn was a limited production run based on an 8" extension of the bed, making availability very limited. This truck has undergone a total and complete nut and bolt restoration and is one of the finest in the country. The drivetrain consists of the original 350cid engine and 3-speed transmission. The chassis retains its original 8 lug 3/4 ton rear-end with 16" wheels and leaf spring configuration, which are Longhorn items. The exterior was professionally refinished in the factory correct Hugger Orange and white two tone paint with the BX2 body side moldings. All of the exterior chrome was replaced to compliment the straight body lines. The extended bed floor was restored using hand-hued oak timbers. The interior was restored to factory specifications to include the U63 code AM push-button radio. The interior is equally as detailed and pristine as the exterior.
