Description
Lot #433 - Third times the charm. Jesse and his all girl team decided to once again tackle the dirt track Camaro. The first attempt was a success, the second, well, not so great. However this time, they set their sights to make the sweetest dirt track Camaro that runs entirely on Girl Power. The team gutted the car, then installed a racing seat, added a fuel cell, ran all new fuel lines, altered the trunk with welds and the front and rear suspension, welded in the roll cage, safety loops under the vehicle and added a custom race exhaust system. On top of all that, the transmission came with a broken fitting for the fluid cooler. The team had to make re-machine and tap to make the transmission work. When it was done, the team had a mud-tossing, track-crossing monster. THE DESIGNERS: Jesse James, custom-bike builder/designer, West Coast Choppers, Long Beach, CA, Michelle Christensen, transportation designer, Pasadena, CA, Mandie Gordon, mechanic and drag racer, Oakland, CA and Kathy Pierson, mechanic and racecar driver, Hermitage, MO. Additional Acquired or Machined Parts: Lots. Roll bar, wheel studs, rackets, wheel stretch with a baseball bat and seat brackets. Moving Parts: Machined rotors and axles to accept larger studs for racing wheels. Rebuilt the distributor, replaced intake manifold and carburetor. Bypassed emissions to vehicle. Degreed cam for low-end torque. Installed new rotating rear assembly and gears. Welded third member to act as a posi-traction. Installed new transmission with dirt-track race converter. Removed all unnecessary parts under the hood to save weight and horsepower. Added new performance fuel pump, battery box and hold down. Rewired and relocated electrical system to the inside of the vehicle. **SOLD ON A BIL OF SALE ONLY. SPECIAL CONDITIONS APPLY**
