Description
Lot #1336 - '69 1/2 Dodge Super Bee. Very rare, documented original A12 "M" Code, lift-off hood car. One of 661 "M" Code automatic 440 Six-Pack cars. This car is #184 of 279 accounted for in the Chrysler Registry. Documented with Galen Govier letter, VIN, Fender Tag, body stamps, Build Sheets and original Window Sticker. This car is a non-restored survivor with just one repaint, vinyl roof and carpet. Various other maintenance items have been replaced through the years. This car, built May 26, 1969, retains its original VIN# 440 Six Pack engine, built May 16, 1969, and all original rust-free sheet metal. The famed heavy duty 727 TorqueFlite transmission, #2892093, powers the 4:10 DANA 60 Sure Grip rear axle. Options ordered on this car that are not common to a lift-off hood car are: S77 power steering, C16 console with floor shift, V1X vinyl roof, G33 left side remote mirror, N85 Tic-Toch-Tach clock, S81 sport type steering wheel, AM/FM Music Master radio and bucket seats. See original Window Sticker and Build Sheet. This beautiful example still rolls on five original "H" Code steel wheels and sports Red Streak tires. To make it even better, it is finished in the rare original Bahama Yellow color. This makes it an exact match to the feature car in the '69 Super Bee Sales Brochure. This "M" Code is real, real nice and a tremendous Mopar collectible.
