The current owner purchased vehicle in 2001 where it has been garage kept. Vehicle has original miles. The 1979 model was the last year produced due to government regulations. The Li'L Red Express Truck had claims of being the "Last American Hot Rod", and the forefunner to present day sport trucks. At time of production it was said to be one of the fastest quarter mile vehicles on the road, only being beaten by the Porsche Turbo.
