Description
Lot #660 - This is a true classic truck with all the modern amenities. It was featured in "Classic Trucks" magazine in May of 2005. It has a 383 stroker engine with 400 horsepower, built with some of the best parts around, and topped off with all the old favorites from Eldebrock, Holley and K&N. Equipped with B & M, GM 700-R4 transmission, GM 12 bolt Aurburn 373 posi rear end. No expense spared with any of this restoration, truly top of the line. The truck has been lowered with a 4 inch drop in the back and 2 inch drop in the front, with 12 inch disc brakes from a '79 Chevy C-10. American racing torque thrust II, Dunlop GT qualifiers finish it off.
The interior is custom with an old original feeling. The dash gauges are VDO with a Bullitt panel. Has "old air products" aftermarket air-conditioning, grant steering wheel with a GM tilt column. Has an Alpine stereo with Boston acoustic speakers.
This truck looks like a classic but drives like a brand new truck. The color is a PPG Turquoise that is reminiscent of the early 1960's with a truck bed finished in Ash wood that sparkles. Owner says whenever he takes it out it draws massive attention. The babe's really dig it.
Every single thing on this truck works perfectly as well as the a/c blows ice cold. Can't go wrong with this truck.
