Description
Lot #1593 - This 1979 Chevrolet K10 pickup is powered by a replacement 400ci V8 engine mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. A body-off refurbishment was recently completed before the dealer acquired the truck in December 2022. It features a Rough Country 6-inch suspension lift, a Holley carburetor and a dual exhaust system. This short-bed K10 is now with a clean Arizona title. The body was removed from the frame before it was refinished in blue with a white roof, mirror caps and bumpers. A spray-in bed liner is noted out back, along with brush-finished inserts on the tailgate and the back of the cab. It rides on 15-inch steel wheels wearing hubcaps and Dick Cepek Trail Country EXP 35-inch tires. Stopping power is provided by front disc brakes paired with rear drum brakes. The cab houses a bench seat reupholstered in black vinyl, black door panels with bright inlays and replacement carpeting. It is equipped with a Vintage Air system and a RetroSound stereo with Bluetooth connectivity. A 3-spoke steering wheel frames a black instrument bezel and Dakota Digital instruments, including a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer and four auxiliary gauges.
