Lot #657 - This 1946 Ford F-1 custom pickup is powered by a 460ci V8 engine with a dual-quad carburetor mated to a Toploader 4-speed manual transmission. It is equipped with a Ford 9-inch rear end, Duraspark ignition system, polished aluminum Mickey Thompson valve covers and air cleaner, oversized Champion aluminum radiator and headers with built-in baffles. It rides on a '70s Super Bell dropped axle and features front disc brakes for plenty of stopping power. This pickup rides on Sand-Cast Torq Thrust wheels and radial whitewall tires. Finished in Satin Burgundy paint, the exterior is equipped with a louvered tailgate, Model A taillights in bullet housings, big headlights and a vee'd windshield. The interior features steel buckets covered in custom ostrich skin, a banjo steering wheel, factory-style gauges and a Hurst shifter.
