Lot #1312 - This custom 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle was featured at the 2022 SEMA Show and is a Transtar-sponsored build by Made To Order (MTO) Fabrication. Powered by an upgraded 6.2-liter LS3 engine built for 1000hp (currently tuned to 850hp) inhaling through a Kong 2650 supercharger with billet Dual Pass lid and 112mm throttle body, atop custom RFD ported and decked high-flow heads, BTR Stage 3 Cam with ID 1700cc injectors, as well as DeatschWerks fuel rails, pressure regulator and filter, and a Wegner LSA serpentine drive kit in anodized black and polished trim over an ATI Dampener. The LS3 exhales through 1-875-inch long-tube SS headers coupled to 2.5-inch SS dual exhaust. Mated to the LS3 is a 6L80E transmission with a Lokar "bump-shift" sport shifter. This Chevelle rides on a Speedtech Extreme IRS chassis powder-coated to match the Schott wheels, with full Extreme upper and lower control arms, as well as front and rear suspension with JRi 5-inch stroke fully adjustable coilovers. There is a 3.73 Dutchman third member behind a 3.75-inch, 2000hp-rated carbon-fiber driveshaft. Stopping power comes from R1 Concepts with aluminum forged 8-piston front and 6-piston rear brakes holding on to 15-inch drilled and slotted rotors driven by a Wilwood master cylinder with Hydra-Boost. This Chevelle rolls on Schott Concave wheels, 19x10 Nitto G2 in the front and 20x12 R2 drag radials in the rear. The car is finished in a custom Transtar color with Pearl White tribute SS Rallys and titanium trim. Flush-mount tinted glass all around encloses the custom interior, which features Nu-Relics power front- and rear-window drives, as well as Ringbrothers door handles, and hood and trunk hinges. The exterior features cropped and shaved front and back bumpers in titanium to match the wheels and chassis, as well as LED headlights with RGB halos and sequential LED taillights. The interior is finished in Burnt Orange with black stitching, and is equipped with a tribute SS dash with Dakota Digital RGB gauges, Sparc Industries "D" Truss steering wheel, molded fiberglass headliner, soundproofing and carpet, with Vintage Air and a BT sound system.
