Description
Lot #287 - This 2007 Redline Revolt dune buggy is powered by a Weber-built 750cc 4-stroke twin engine capable of making 80hp and top speeds around 60 mph, mated to an automatic transmission. Redline made its start as a sled manufacturer in 2003. The company had plans for a highly innovative - and equally ambitious - model that would have turned the industry on its head. Despite the snowmobile's promise, however, the marketing quickly outstripped the engineering, and Redline went into bankruptcy after making just 57 units. Fast-forward to 2007 and the Redline name reemerged - this time with a UTV in tow. Dubbed the "Revolt," it was a 700-pound single-seater buggy designed for catching air and shredding sand. Elsewhere, Redline outfitted the Revolt with plenty of other off-road-ready tech, too. In addition to a set of four Fox air shocks allowing for some 17 inches of travel, it also features a CVT transmission, rack & pinion steering, and Wilwood front brakes along with Brembo rear discs. 295 miles (mileage not indicated on the title).
