Lot #1356 - Goodguys 2015 Custom of the Year and displayed at SEMA, this custom 1956 Lincoln Continental Mark II was built by Sic Chops in Cave Creek, AZ. It is finished in superior and flawless Dupont Toner Black with ChromaClear. The body was chopped 2.75 inches and equipped with a custom firewall, floor pans, rockers, shaved door handles and filled rain gutters. Custom bumpers and a rear pan coupled with the floating grille bar are just some of the finishing touches of this high-end build. Sitting on a one-off Roadster Shop chassis with a Corvette C6 style suspension, rack & pinion steering and Wilwood disc brakes for stopping power. Delivering power to the custom Colorado wheels and the Strange 9-inch rear end with 3.73 gears is a Jon Kaase-built, 520ci Ford V8 engine producing 859hp. The interior is fully custom and features leather with Black Onyx and stainless-steel accents, Lexus 8-way power seats, Kicker Q-Class audio system, Dakota Digital gauges, a Colorado custom steering wheel and an Ididit steering column.
