Lot #650 - This 1967 Pontiac GTO received a professional, frame-off, nut and bolt restoration by R S Hot Rods, finished in March 2021 with less than 500 test miles since completion. It is one of 13,827 produced in 1967 and powered by the original matching-numbers 400/360hp High Output (HO) V8 engine with the original single 4-barrel Rochester Quadrajet carburetor mated to the original Muncie M20 4-speed manual transmission rebuilt to factory specs. During the restoration, the factory cast rods were refurbished and fitted with ARP bolts and replacement Sealed Power flat-top pistons were installed with stock 670 heads fitted with 2.11/1.77 Manley stainless steel valves and hydraulic cam. Additionally, it is equipped with power disc brakes and power steering. Finished in 2-stage PPG Regimental Red, the car retains its original floorboards, quarter panels and fenders. The optional black bucket seat interior was also restored to factory specifications and features a Bluetooth-capable stereo with iPod integration that looks original. It rides on new 14-inch Rally wheels and includes PHS documentation and all records and receipts from the restoration.
