Lot #122 - Finished in orange, this 1972 Datsun 240Z underwent a complete restoration. It is powered by the original rebuilt L24 2.4-liter inline-6 engine paired to a 4-speed manual transmission. The rebuild included a new cylinder head, valves, valve seats, pistons, rings, main and rod bearings as well as the flywheel, clutch, and master and slave cylinders were replaced. It's also equipped with Weber carburetors and Nissan polished valve covers, an electronic ignition, new heat shields, fuel pump, heater core, choke cable assembly, rebuilt steering rack and a stainless-steel exhaust. The restoration also included a complete refinish of the body, replacement badges and new OEM chrome bumpers sitting on Eibach springs and Tokico shocks. The interior features new floor pans, new upholstery with new leather seat covers, interior panels, a headliner, RetroSound radio as well as a rebuilt dash. This Datsun has Dynamat sound and heat insulation throughout and rides on Enkel 15x8-inch wheels with BFGoodrich Advantage Sport tires. Stored in a climate-controlled building and includes manuals and other documents.
