This piece of film history has resided in a private collection for many years, but has also been featured in a number of major public displays, including the Porsche Effect Exhibit at the Petersen Automotive Museum and at Porsche Cars North America. The 928 is powered by a 4.5-liter V8 engine and backed by a 5-speed manual transmission. The "Risky Business" Porsche sold for a record $1,980,000 at the 2021 Barrett-Jackson Houston Auction on September 18.
