Description
Lot #1350 - One of only 290 Dodge W300M one-ton Power Wagons made in 1958, this Power Wagon received a professional 2,200-hour, nut-and-bolt frame-off restoration and high-dollar custom build with great attention to detail. Power comes from a modern 5.7-liter HEMI engine mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission turning Dana front and rear differentials. The frame was boxed to add rigidity and 4-wheel oversized Hydro-Boost power disc brakes were added. This custom Power Wagon rides on 40-inch Toyo Tires with Trail Ready simulated beadlock wheels. It features Bilstein shocks, springs and stabilizer along with a Be Cool custom radiator, which will keep this truck cool even in hot climates. A WARN 16,500-pound self-recovery winch is integrated into the custom front bumper. The body and frame were soda-blasted prior to the bodywork, which included shaving all drip rails but retaining the pivoting front windshield. Other modern conveniences include power windows, power door locks, power steering, air conditioning, Flaming River tilt steering column, electric parking brake, lighted power steps, and a 2000-watt Pioneer stereo system with rear-view camera. The custom leather interior boasts Cadillac SRX power seats. In total, nine hides of distressed leather were used throughout the interior, including the headliner. AutoMeter Classic gauges monitor engine vitals. The tweed carpeting and LED interior lighting sets off the custom interior. Even the pickup truck bed is expertly finished in Pecky Cypress wood.
