It is powered by a rebuilt 1914cc 4-cylinder engine and a fresh Freeway Flyer 4-speed manual transmission, upgraded disc brakes and suspension, all-new seals and trim, custom alloy wheels and new tires. The entire undercarriage has been restored. The original passenger seating has been removed and was replaced with a custom limousine-style wraparound seat upholstered in original Volkswagen green plaid to match the rest of the bus.
