Lot #670.1 - This frame off-restored 1970 Chevrolet K5 Blazer custom 4x4 was redone from the front to back and top to bottom. The original engine was replaced with a 5.3-liter LS fuel-injected V8 engine, which is mated to a Turbo 350 automatic transmission. The black exterior finish was laid on a laser-straight body, and the interior is all-new, from the carpet to the red houndstooth upholstery, deluxe door panels and dash pad. At the time of restoration, a Vintage Air heating and cooling system was added and the instrument cluster was replaced. All of the wiring from front to back was replaced, and the trim and bumpers are brand-new as well. The suspension has also been redone front to back. This custom 4x4 has been driven 100 miles since its completion.
