Lot #374 - A true SS, this 1965 Chevelle Malibu SS features 396ci 8-cylinder engine (Casting No. 3855961GM) backed by a 4-speed manual transmission and a 3.73 posi-traction 12-bolt rear end. The engine was rebuilt with solid lifters, 1.7 roller rockers, 750 Holley carburetor, Edelbrock high-rise intake, Flowmaster mufflers, ceramic-coated headers, and MSD ignition and distributor. This SS is finished in maroon paint with a black interior that features bucket seats, new headliner and sun visors, and an uncut dash with the factory AM radio. It's optioned with power brakes, power steering and comes with new emblems and new Grand Am wheels wrapped in new BFGoodrich tires.
