Lot #116 - This Dark Highland Green 2001 Ford Mustang Bullitt Edition is a tribute to the 1968 movie starring Steve McQueen. With this car, Team Mustang gave Bullitt a firmer, lower suspension for tighter handling, as well as special exterior enhancements and touches that help capture the spirit of the movie car. Unique wheels, Bullitt badging and a brushed aluminum fuel-filler door helped to accomplish that look, with a factory serialized identification label included to verify each 2001 Bullitt. It's powered by a 4.6-liter V8 engine paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. The front suspension features modified MacPherson struts (Tokiko), stabilizer bar, coil springs and was lowered 3/4 of an inch. The rear suspension has a solid axle, 4-link locating arms, coil springs, subframe connectors and was lowered 3/4 of an inch. It comes with 17x8 5-spoke American Racing Torq Thrust forged aluminum wheels and 245/45R-17 BSW Goodyear Eagle tires. This Bullitt Mustang has 13,500 actual miles (the title reads mileage exempt).
