Lot #152 - This beautiful, matching-numbers 1970 Honda Z50 AK1 Mini Trail 50 has been completely restored to show-quality standards throughout. The professional restoration was completed in December 2019. It was finished in the correct factory color of Bright Yellow. The frame and headlight bucket were powder-coated Bright Yellow. The gas tank was painted Bright Yellow and white. The front forks were rebuilt and new seals were added. The axles and original bolts were stripped, zinc-plated and clear-coated. The 49cc single-cylinder four-stroke overhead cam engine was completely rebuilt by a machine shop, which included vapor-blasting the cylinder and head. The engine is coupled to a 3-speed semi-automatic transmission. A ton of new parts were added throughout the restoration. Some of these new parts include the headlight bucket, headlight switch, emblems, taillight bracket, taillight, handlebar, levers, grips, cables, front fender, rear fender, seat, tool kit, foot peg, kickstand, piston, ring, cam chain, roller, gaskets, seals, magneto cover, ignition coil, points, ignition switch with two keys, coil, cap, spark plug, rectifier, wiring loom, battery, carburetor kit, air cleaner foam, fuel petcock, gas cap gasket, kick-start lever, shift lever, exhaust system, bearings, seals, brake shoes, drive chain, sprockets, chain guard, tires and inner tubes.
