Lot #1631 - This bus was restored and finished in the original Volkswagen Turkis and Pearlweiss two-tone color combination. It has a fresh professionally rebuilt 1914cc 4-cylinder engine and a fresh Freeway Flyer 4-speed manual transmission, upgraded disc brakes and suspension, all-new seals and trim, custom alloy wheels and new tires. The entire undercarriage has been restored and looks as nice as the rest of the bus. The original passenger seating has been removed and replaced with a custom limousine-style wraparound seat upholstered in original Volkswagen green plaid to match the rest of the bus.
