Lot #1617 - This 1941 Dodge Power Wagon started life as a World War II military vehicle and underwent a two-year ground-up restoration. This truck is powered by a new 5.7-liter V8 HEMI crate engine backed by a rebuilt 545RFE 5-speed automatic transmission. The engine and transmission are controlled by a custom computer and harness made by HotwireAuto. The front axle is a 9.25 American axle with new Mopar bearings, seals, ball joints, U-joints and hub assemblies. The rear axle is a 10.50 American axle with new Mopar bearings and seals. The brakes have all been replaced with new Mopar rotors, calipers and pads. The axles are mounted to custom-made leaf springs. The rear driveshaft is custom made from Tom Woods Drive Shafts. The box has oak wood from Bed Wood Inc. with new stainless strips. The interior features a new seat from TMI, new carpet, custom gauges and dash bezel, steering column, Grant steering wheel, Vintage Air and heating system, and much more. New gas tank from Tank's Inc. with a Walbro fuel pump.
