Lot #528.1 - This 1968 C10 factory short-bed custom pickup is powered by a newly rebuilt 350ci engine, a fresh 700R4 overdrive automatic transmission, and a 12-bolt rear axle, and has just undergone an extensive restoration. It has new two-tone paint with white and Gunmetal Gray on the exterior and Satin White covering the engine bay. The high-end Torch Red interior features a custom seat and custom door panels with Chevrolet emblems and medallions, wrapped steering wheel and a matching wrapped dash. This C10 is equipped with power steering, Lokar floor shifter, new gauge cluster, Wilwood C5 drop spindles, new CPP lowering springs in the front and rear, new shocks and all-new trim, new bumpers, new lights and new side moldings. All the glass has been replaced with new smoked glass, and the truck has all new felts and gaskets. The wood bed is custom-stained red oak to match the interior, and has Mar-K polished aluminum bed strips with hidden fasteners. This truck also has a Wilwood big-brake system with a Wilwood master cylinder and booster, black Wilwood 4-piston calipers and 4-wheel disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors. The engine has all-new accessories, 4-barrel carburetor and new dual 2.5-inch exhaust system with polished headers running to Flowmaster mufflers. The two-tone exterior is color-matched to the staggered 22-inch U.S. Mags C-Ten wheels with 295/30/r22 and 265/35/r22 tires. The truck sounds amazing.
