Lot #1455 - This blue 1965 Chevrolet Corvette custom convertible was built as a 1967 convertible with a fabric black top, riding on a Street Shop chassis. It features modern updates, including keyless remote entry, push button electric start and electric push button e-brake. It’s powered by a GM LS3 376ci V8 engine backed by a TREMEC 5-speed transmission with carbon fiber synchro for smooth shifting. A large 3-inch stainless side-pipe exhaust helps the engine breathe. The 'Vette features power windows, locks, steering and electric power brakes with C6-Z06 rotors and calipers. Inside you will find black leather seats, shifter boot with blue stitching and blue LED-lighted Dakota Digital instruments, and the analog clock in the center is digitally controlled. All the interior lighting and exterior light on the car is LED, including headlights and taillights. The headlights feature quick-turning electric motors. The wheels and tires are C7 equipment. The wheels and the Stinger stripe on the hood of the car are finished in Chevrolet Carbon Flash metallic black.
