Description
Lot #670 - This Toreador Red 1952 GMC custom pickup was the recipient of a professional nut-and-bolt restoration and build that was just finished. It’s powered by a new Chevrolet Performance 350ci small-block V8 engine producing 300hp coupled to a new B&M 400 automatic transmission linked to a 9” posi-traction rear end with 3.70 gears. Stopping power comes courtesy of 4-wheel power Wilwood disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors at all four corners. This ‘52 pickup sits on an S10 chassis with new front suspension with power steering, and the frame was stripped to bare metal and painted gloss black. The interior features a new white leather custom-contoured seat, chrome Ididit steering column, Lokar shifter and hand brake, Billet Specialties steering wheel and Resto-Mod air conditioning. All this is highlighted by a custom-fitted 1960 Impala dashboard fitted with new AutoMeter gauges. This custom pickup rides on new Cragar Street Pro wheels wrapped with new tires.
