Description
Lot #685 - This black custom 1971 'Cuda was a professional frame-off build with an eye towards street performance. It is powered by a Keith Black 426ci HEMI V8 engine mated to a 4-speed manual transmission with Dana 60 rear end with 3.55 gears. The chassis was engineered to handle the power. The suspension features front tubular A-arms and a K-member, and the rear has a 4-link setup with coilovers. The front air-ride system allows for a killer stance when parked. The over-the-top Steve Holcomb custom red leather interior is equipped with a tilt steering wheel, CD sound system with remote, and row of black AutoMeter gauges placed in the dash. The red-upholstered theme carries on to the trunk. This ‘Cuda sits on staggered Billet Specialties forged aluminum wheels and has LED headlights, taillights and marker lights. This 'Cuda won the American National Choice award at the Pigeon Forge 2016 Hot Rod Roundup and the First Place E-Body All Modified award at Tennessee's 28th Annual Fun in the Sun All Mopar Car Show. It includes a restoration photo book. From The David Maxwell Collection.
