Lot #986 - Known as “Grandma's Furyous,” this 1966 was purchased by renowned hot-rod builder Dan LaBonte. It has an original and rust-free body. The car was completely stripped and refinished. The factory 383ci engine was exchanged for a 500ci aluminum head big block that produces 600hp, and a custom-built 727 automatic transmission to handle the power. It comes equipped with an Auburn rear end with 3.91 gears and power disc brakes for stopping power. It has Vintage Air with electronic controls, Billet Specialties Tru Trac serpentine belt system, polished radiator, one-off custom wheels and a mini-tubbed rear.
