Lot #1287.1 - This 1947 Ford Woody is a fresh build with 1,200 miles since its completion. It underwent a body-off restoration and has a new Mustang front end with power steering and disc brakes. It’s powered by a 390ci Ford V8 engine mated to a C6 3-speed automatic transmission with a 9” Ford rear end and a new exhaust system. All the parts are new or rebuilt. It has a one-off custom frame, new driveline, and everything underneath is either painted or powder-coated. The interior is done in leather and has power seats, a custom stereo, air conditioning, tilt steering wheel and custom gauges. The dash was rechromed and the interior was painted. The wood was also redone and all of the brackets were stripped and repainted. The glass is all new with felts and the window regulators were rebuilt. The wiper motor is new and the entire car was completely rewired. Everything on this Woody is new or rebuilt, rechromed or repolished.
