Description
Lot #1284 - This high-dollar Pro-Touring 1967 Nova was a 3-year, no-expense-spared rotisserie build that was completed in 2016 and has less than 600 miles since. The black paint has a deep, wet look utilizing PPG base coat/clear coat. This custom build is equipped with a Quick Fuel carburetor that feeds an all-chrome 468ci big-block engine that was custom-built by Warren Racing Engines, and a 3" mandrel-bent exhaust helps it breathe. The power is transferred through a 700R4 automatic overdrive transmission. A Checkered Racing front clip with adjustable coilovers, tubular A-arms and power rack & pinion steering are up front, while the rear includes a TCI triangulated 4-link, coilovers and a painted Ford 9" posi-traction rear end with 3:55 gears. Braking is handled by a set of Wilwood disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors and polished calipers at all four corners, and is assisted by Hydrotec Hydroboost. Keeping it cool is an Autorad full radiator support with an aluminum radiator and electric fans. Air is provided by a Vintage Air system with a custom billet controller. Power windows front and rear with smoked glass, custom chrome tilt column, a billet steering wheel, Dakota Digital VHX gauges and a Lokar shifter complete the one-of-a kind custom leather interior that features a 1959 Impala dash and four bucket seats. This beauty rides on custom Billet Specialties wheels and Toyo tires. Among its list of accolades, this car recently won Best Ride on Billet Specialties Wheels at the 2018 Goodguys show in Del Mar, CA.
