It is now powered by a fresh 454ci V8 engine with forged 10:1 pistons, chromoly rings and brand-new uncut steel GM crank roller rockers. It’s equipped with HYD cam and lifters, hardened valve guides, stainless-steel valves, rebuilt Muncie 4-speed manual transmission and a GM 12-bolt rear end that has received a full rebuild with SS Moser spline axles, Eaton posi-traction and Richmond gears. This Chevelle is also equipped with a tilt steering column, new disc brakes, new gas tank, new paint, headliner and seat covers, new F41 suspension, all-new bushings in the front end, upper and lower A-arms, aftermarket performance sway bars, new quarter-panels, fender, doors and cowl-induction hood, new red line tires, polished rims with four new trim rings, and an SS dash with an SS gauge cluster. Receipts totaling $27,000 for paint and labor are included.
