Lot #667 - This custom 1967 Chevelle convertible was the recipient of a no-expense-spared professional frame-off restoration and customization. The car has its original floor pans, trunk floor, quarter-panels and doors. It’s powered by a 502ci GM performance crate engine coupled to a Tremec 5-speed manual transmission and is equipped with custom Sanders headers, March engine serpentine system, Holley carburetor, Mattson polished aluminum radiator and air conditioning condenser system. The one-piece firewall and engine bay panels were painted to enhance the engine compartment, along with many chromed and polished engine accessories. The exterior features a Fesler billet aluminum hood and trunk hinges, and Fesler billet aluminum pedals. The entire body was sandblasted to bare metal, the manual convertible top was refurbished, and all exterior chrome has been replaced with new chromed parts. It features tubular Classic Performance Products front suspension and fully adjustable upper and lower mounting arms with torsion bar, 9" custom Currie posi-traction rear end, adjustable shocks front and back, 4-wheel disc brakes with Wilwood polished calipers and chromed brake booster and a custom transmission tunnel. Interior features include custom black leather seats, dash, door panels, console with silver trim, Touch-N-Go keyless start, bucket power seats, custom designed Auto Meter gauges and a Hurst console-mounted shifter with an Inland Empire polished driveshaft. This convertible rides on Foose wheels custom-made to fit the car.
