The truck is fully equipped with commercial restaurant equipment operated by both propane and electric generator. It features a 6’ exhaust range hood with a commercial exhaust fan (the fan is not installed on the truck for transport clearance) and is fully equipped with safety features, including suppression system, automatic shut-off valve, manual valve, window safety switch and pressure sensor switch. The electric house is built with a soundproof material and comes with a 3,500-watt silent generator and equipment with a 4,000-watt inverter, so that a total of 7,500 watts and can be plugged into an external 120/220V electric outlet. The three-compartment sink comes with two freshwater tanks located under the serving table and are easy to reach for refills. It has hot and cold water and a hand wash sink as well. The rear door is designed to fold down on a stand and can be used as a table. The truck has been finished inside and out with House of Kolor custom orange paint and is equipped with whitewall tires, PA system, LED lights, stereo system and rebuilt brakes, suspension, bumpers, front grille, dash, seats, floor, steering wheel and chrome handles.
