Lot #728 - This 1970 Chevelle LS6 includes its factory-original Build Sheet with Certificate of Authenticity from Chris White. The original VIN and Trim Tags are in place and have never been removed. This coupe is finished in Astro Blue with white stripes and a parchment bucket seat interior. It underwent a highly detailed and well-documented restoration that was completed in December 2017 with numerous consultations with LS6 experts Chris White and Rick Nelson. The date-code-correct warranty replacement 454ci engine was completely rebuilt during the restoration process and is backed by the original M22 4-speed manual transmission and original 4:10 posi-traction 12-bolt rear end. Restored factory original and date-code-correct parts were used extensively including, but not limited to: engine internals, intake and exhaust manifolds, carburetor, distributor, coil, steering box, fan, radiator, hoses, smog assembly, driveshaft, and brake assemblies. The factory dash, gauge cluster, seat frames, wheels, shocks, bumpers, brackets and hardware were also restored.
