Lot #76 - This fully restored, authenticated Meyers Manx Dune Buggy, #0682, was built on a VW pan that was shortened 14.25" and is full of Manx options, including the front and rear bumpers, skid plate, SS exhaust, hardtop and wind wings. It has a New Febber glass dash signed by Bruce Meyers, and all VDO gauges. It is powered by a newly built 1832cc 4-cylinder engine with a counterweighted crank, balance rods, dual Solex carburetors, CB head and a Crane camshaft. Backing the engine is a 4-speed manual transmission with a lightened flywheel. This buggy has been family-owned for over 30 years and was the First Place winner at the 2017 Big Bear Manx Club event.
