Lot #36 - This was a no-expense-spared nut-and-bolt custom build on a rust-free California Volkswagen. The body lines are laser-straight. It is powered by a professionally assembled 1641cc 4-cylinder engine backed by 4-speed manual transmission and is equipped with Cima/Mahle pistons and cylinder with with new VW head and dual Weber carburetors. It rides on custom Enkei wheels wrapped BFGoodrich Scorcher TA tires with 4-wheel disc brakes. It has an all-custom interior with JBL sound system. The engine and undercarriage are painted and pinstriped to match the top. This custom Squareback has been featured in numerous magazines.
