Description
Lot #466 - This is a magazine featured, multiple show-winning rotisserie restored custom Pro-Touring Lemans. It is powered by a built 400ci Pontiac engine with Fast XFI fuel injection, Hedman headers, and 3" exhaust backed to a 700R4 speed automatic transmission with heavy-duty internals and an aluminum driveshaft connected to a Moser Ford 9" posi-traction rear end. This custom has been finished in high-end show-quality award-winning paint House of Kolors Cinnamon Pearl and True Blue over a laser-straight perfect body with excellent panel fitment and gaps. It features a custom Black interior with bucket seats and console, tachometer and gauges, 4-point roll bar, large custom stereo system with Kenwood Sirius satellite tuner, focal speakers, 11" subwoofer, and large dual Alpine amplifiers all tastefully mounted in a fully detailed trunk compartment that matches the interior. This is a well optioned car with custom Boyd Coddington wheels, Vintage Air, Wilwood 4-wheel hydro-boost power disc brakes with SSBC master cylinder and booster, Hotchkis front and rear suspension, serpentine belt system, fully boxed frame, custom Stainless fuel tank with an in-tank Corvette style fuel pump, Magnaflow stainless steel mufflers, Flaming River power steering and stainless tilt steering column, Ron Francis wiring harness and fuse block, and aluminum radiator with electric fan. This was a 2½-year no-expense-spared restoration that totaled close to $100,000.00, receipts are included with the vehicle. It shows very well and is very well sorted out being a Long Haul recipient of the Hot Rod Power Tour after driving the entire tour. It has been featured in Popular Hot Rodding magazine and has won awards at the GTO Nationals for Best Engine and Third in Class, along with an Outstanding in Class award at World of Wheels.
