Teaming with Electronic Arts, the publisher of the Need for Speed video game franchise, Shelby built this GT500 SuperSnake for ‘The Run’ video game, making it the actual car given to game modelers to create the virtual counterpart. Shelby built this SuperSnake with a host of performance modifications including Ford Racing Whipple Supercharger 5.4-liter V8 that churns out 750hp with white ball billet short-throw shifter, 590 ft/lbs of torque, 75mm throttle body for 6-speed manual transmission, upgraded one-piece aluminum drive shaft for a 3.73:1 differential, Ford racing package, including dynamic dampers, lowering springs, tuned stabilizer bars and front strut tower brace. Massive six piston front brakes calipers and ducts for additional cooling. (Custom hood with Wimbledon white paint scheme and one-off NFS charcoal stripe, Shelby SuperSnake package with Shelby embroidered seats, branded door sills, 20" HRE wheels Competition Series C90s wrapped with Falken FK452 tires, upgraded JVC stereo and under 3000 miles on the odometer.
